Ingredients For Egg Butter Masala Recipe:

3 boiled eggs
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
3 cloves
2 cardamoms
1 cinnamon stick
2-3 chopped onions
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 chopped tomatoes
1 green chili
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp fresh coconut
1 tsp turmeric powder
salt as needed
Finely chopped coriander leaves

Step by step method of Egg Butter Masala Recipe:

1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.Add bay leaf,cumin seeds,cardamom,cloves and cinnamon stick and allow them to crackle.

2. After that add chopped onions and salt.Fry them until onions turn slightly brown.

3. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry till the aroma of paste goes off.

4. Add chopped tomatoes and until they turn completely mushy and soft.

5. Add red chili powder,garam masala, and turmeric powder and stir well.

6. Now add ground cashew or coconut paste.First, add ground cashew and then poured a little water and allowed to soak for some time.

7. Until the masala dries up and begins to leave oil fry it.

8. Add egg and coriander leaves to the mixture.

9. Fry for 2 minutes.

10. After that add water just enough to make a thick gravy.Cook till the egg gravy thickens. Now turn off the flame and serve with biriyani or chapati.
