Tawa Paneer Masala Recipe:

The best part of Tawa Paneer Masala Recipe is you can easily
serve it with simple roti or rice,not need to make jeera rice
or naan if you don't have time.You need tawa which is usually
used in Indian homes for making roti.The entire recipe is made on a tawa.

Serves:4 Serving
Ingredients For Kadai Masala:
4-5 dry red Kashmiri chilies,if you used other than Kashmiri red chili then used
only 2-4 dry red chili.

Ingredients For Tawa Paneer Masala Recipe:

Cubic sized cut paneer(Cottage Cheese) 250 gms.
2 medium sized chopped onion
1 medium capsicum
3 medium sized chopped tomatoes
1-inch ginger
5-6 garlic
1 chopped green chili
1 teaspoon red chili
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon carom
1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
2 tablespoon butter
salt as require
Few chopped coriander leaves(for garnish only)

Step by step method of Tawa Paneer Masala Recipe:

1.Add 3 chopped tomatoes in a grinder machine and make a smooth puree & keep aside.


2.Melt 2 tbsp butter in a tawa or pan.


3.Add 1/2 tsp ajwain and fry them for few seconds.


4.Add 2 medium size chopped onions and fry until it becomes soft and brownish.


5.Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 chopped green chili,1 medium finely chopped capsicum and fry briefly for 3 mints.


6.After that 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1/4 tsp red chili, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp paw vaji masala to be added.Then mix well all the masala and stir it for a minute.


7.Tomato paste to be added to the above mixture and stir it well.


8. Add salt as required and mix well.

9.keep the masala for 8-10 minutes on a low flame until it gets thicker and releasing butter from the side of the masala.Add 1 or 2 tbsp of water and continue to saute if the tomato masala looks dry.


10.Add 250 grams Paneer cubes and mix well with the masala evenly.


11.After 1-2 minutes add coriander leaves.


12. Now switch off the flame and serve Tawa Paneer Masala with rice or chapati.
