Serves:3 Serving

Ingredients For Coconut Chutney:

For chutney:

1 cup fresh smash coconut
2 tablespoon roasted chana dal
1 green chili
1/2-inch ginger
salt as per required
For Tadka(tempering):

1 tablespoon urad dal
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
9-10 curry leaves
1 pinch Hing
1 dry red chili
1/2 tablespoon oil

Step by step method of Coconut Chutney Recipe : 

1. Take 1 cup freshly smashed coconut in a small grinder jar.

2. Add 1 smashed green chili and 1/2-inch ginger into a smashed coconut.

3. Now add 2 tablespoons roasted chana dal.

4. Add 1/4 cup water to the above mixture.

5. Now grind to a smooth paste.If chutney looks thick,then add 1-2 tablespoon more water.

6. Now remove a coconut chutney in a bowl and keep aside.

7. Take a small pan ,add 1/2 tablespoon oil and heat it.Add 1/2 tablespoon mustard seed and let them brust.

8. After few second mustard seeds begin to burst,add 1 tsp urad dal.

9. Now add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds into an above mixture.

10. Until the urad dal turns golden fry it.

11. After that add 1 dry red chili,8-9 curry leaves and 1 pinch of Hing.

12. Until the cry leaves becomes crispy and red chili changes color fry it.

13. Now switch off the flame and pour the tadka along with the coconut chutney.

13. Mix well the above mixture and serve with pakoda,idli,dosa or vada.
