Ingredients For Tel Koi Recipe:

800 grams koi fish
8 tablespoon mustard oil
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt as required
2 onions
2 tomatoes
4 bay leaves
1 teaspoon garlic,ginger and green chili paste
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon cumin powder
4 green chilies

Step by step method of Tel Koi Recipe:

1. Cut onions and tomatoes in small pieces.Coat fishes with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

2. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry them,and keep in a dish.

3. In remaining oil add bay leaves and cut onions,fry for 3-4 minutes.

4. After that add cuts and fry them until tomatoes turn soft.

5. Now add ginger paste,turmeric powder,salt and garam masala.And mix well all the contents and roast for about 5 minutes and more.

6. After that add 1 big cup of water and boil for 5 minutes.

Ilish Macher Bhapa Recipe

Ilish Macher Bhapa Recipe:

Ilish Macher Bhapa is one of the most popular Bengali dishes.The English meaning of the Bhapa is 'Steam',so Ilish Macher Bhapa is also called as Steam Ilish.Ilish fish cooked with authentic mustard paste.This recipe is usually served with white rice.This recipe is also served in Bengali marriage ceremony.

Ingredients For Ilish Macher Bhapa Recipe:

4 pieces of ilish fish
6 tablespoon mustard oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 tablespoon mustard powder or mustard paste
4 green chili
salt as required

Step by step method of Ilish Macher Bhapa Recipe:

1. Marinate the fish pieces with 1 tsp of salt and turmeric powder.

2. After that soak mustard powder in a cup of water with 1/4 tsp salt for 5-10 minutes or use homemade mustard paste and mix it with water and salt for 5-10 minutes.

3. Now add mustard paste already prepared and mustard oil to the fish pieces and mix it well.

4. After that cut the green chili vertically and add to the fish.

5. Now place the entire mixture in a microwave proof bowl.Then place the bowl in a microwave and allow to cook for 5 minutes.

6. After that take out the bowl.Flip over the fish pieces.Add salt and green chili to taste.

Katla Macher Jhol Recipe

Katla Macher Jhol Recipe :

Katala Macher Jhol its English name is Katla fish Curry.This is one of the spicy and tangy gravy of fish.It's a combination of lots of spices,which make it more delicious recipe.Aar fish fried and cook in a ginger and tomato based gravy.Instead of Katla fish, you can also use Aar or rohu. Ingredients for Katla Macher Jhol:

6 pieces of Katla fish
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
4 tablespoon mustard oil
1 teaspoon cumin powder
4 green chilies
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 chopped
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Step by step method of Katla Macher Jhol:

1. Marinate the fish pieces with turmeric powder and salt.

2. Heat oil in a kadhai for 3-4 minutes.Add fish pieces and fry them.

4. In the same hot oil add cumin seed and cut tomatoes.Saute them for until tomatoes becomes soft.

1. Wash the fish pieces in a running water.

Chingri Macher maliakari is one of the popular Bengali dishes.Chingri is a Bengali name of prawn.This is a traditional Bengali preparation of prawns with coconut cream.It's one of the creamy and delicious recipe.

Ingredients For Chingri Macher Malaikari:

400 grams Prawns(large)
4 tablespoon oil
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
1-inch ginger
4 green chilies
1 cinnamon stick
6 cloves
4 green cardamom
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 cup coconut cream/milk
1 tablespoon ghee
few coriander leaves for garnish

Step by step method of Chingri Macher Malaikari:

1. Clean the prawns and separate the outer shell of prawns.

2. Now add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp salt for marinating.Leave it for 10-15 minutes.

3. Prepare a paste of onion,ginger, and garlic in mixture grinder.

4. heat oil for 3-4 minutes in a kadhai and fry the prawns.until the prawns turns golden fry them.Afer that keep them aside in a bowl.

5. In the same oil or if you want then change the oil,add cinnamon,cardamom,cloves and bay leaves.fry them till they appear golden.

Kadhai Egg Masala Recipe

Kadhai Egg Masala Recipe:

Ingredients For Kadai Egg Masala Recipe:

5 boiled egg
1 cup cubed capsicum
1 cup cubed onions(layer separated)

For Powder:

2 tbsp coriander seeds
2-3 dry red chilies

Ingredients for gravy:

2 chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
3/4 tsp red chili powder
Few chopped coriander leaves for garnish
salt as needed

Step by step method of Kadai Egg Masala Recipe:

1. Add coriander seeds and dry red chilies to a grinder jar.

2. Make coarse or fine powder of the coriander seeds and dry red chilies.Note that do not make it very coarse.

3. in the same grinder jar make the fine paste of onions.puree of tomatoes and fine paste of cashews.

4. Heat an oil in a kadhai,add the boiled egg.Saute egg in an oil till they look golden.Remove to a plate and keep aside.

5. To the same pan add 1 cup capsicum,1 cup cubed tomatoes and 1 cup cubed onions.Fry these on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.Keep these aside along with the eggs.

6. After that add some more oil to the kadhai,add ginger garlic paste and saute until the aroma of it disappears.

7. Now add the kadhai masala and saute on a low flame until it begins to smell good.

8. Add Tomato and onion puree to the mixture and saute for 2-3 minutes.

9. Now add red chili powder,salt, and garam masala and stir well.

10. Saute the mixture till it becomes thicken a bit,then add cashew paste.
