Ingredients For Kadai Masala:

4-5 dry red Kashmiri chilies,if you used other than Kashmiri red chili then used
only 2-4 dry red chili.

Ingredients For Gravy Kadai Paneer Recipe:

Cubic sized cut paneer(Cottage Cheese) 250-300 gms.
Pureed of 3 medium tomatoes.
3 medium sized chopped onion.
1 medium capsicum cut into small pieces.
1-2 green chili chopped.
1-2chopped green chili.
2 tablespoon garlic and ginger fine paste
1 tablespoon garam masala powder.
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish.
Salt as required.
3 tablespoon oil.
2 tablespoon cream(optional).

Step by step method of Gravy Kadai Paneer Recipe:

1.On a low flame,roast 4-5 dry Kashmiri red chillis and 5tsp coriander seed in a pan
till it fragrant.

2.When the spices cool,grind both the masala in a grinder machine to a fine powder.

3.Added 2-3 tbsp oil or ghee in a pan and heat it,When the oil or ghee heated well
then add 2 tablespoon garlic and ginger fine paste.Until their raw fragrant disappears
fry it on a low flame.

4.Then add 3 medium sized chopped onion and fry it till it appears brownish.

5.Now add 1-2 chopped green chili.Also, add ground kadhai masala

6.mix well and fry for few second.

7.Now add Pureed of 3 medium tomatoes and fry it for 4-5 mins.

8.until you see oil leaving the sides mix well and continue
to fry it on a low flame,about 9-10 mins.

9.Now add 1 medium capsicum cut into small pieces.Fry and stew for 2-3 mins on a medium flame.

10.Add some water and (as required).Continue to stew for 7-8 mins.

11.later add 1 tsp garam masala powder and fry it.

12.Now add Cubic sized cut paneer 250-300 gms.and mix gently.

13.stew for about 2-3 mins. till the paneer is cooked.Don't
overcook the paneer otherwise, you won't get desired texture in the paneer.

14.Finally, kadhai paneer is ready to serve.Garnish it with chopped coriander
leaves and served with jeera rice,roti or naan.
