Chicken Pakora Recipe:

Chicken pakora is one of the most famous chicken dishes.Chicken pakora is served in most restaurants.This dish is also prepared in many Indian homes.Chicken is marinated in spices and coated with flour and deep-fried.Chicken Pakoda recipe can be made in so many ways,But I have used one of the easiest methods here to made Chicken Pakoda.Along with Chicken pakora, you can try Chili Chicken also.

Serves:2 Serving

Ingredients For Chicken Pakoda Recipe:

1/2 cup chicken cubes.
1/2 cup onion sliced(layers separated)
2 chopped green chilies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp turmeric powder
salt as required
15-20 chopped curry leaves
4-5 tbsp besan(or adjust as per needed)
1 tbsp corn flour
oil for deep fry

Step by step method of Chicken Pakoda Recipe:

1. Add chicken cubes,onion slices,curry leaves,chopped green chilies,salt,turmeric powder,red chili powder and garam masala in a bowl.

2. Add lemon juice and marinate it.Keep aside for 20 minutes.

3. Now add besan and corn flour to the mixture and mix well.

4. You must get a hard dough,if needed sprinkle little water.

5. Add an oil in the pan for frying the pakora and heat the oil.When oil hot enough take small portions of the chicken mixture and drop them into an oil.

6. Until the pakora turns golden fry it.After that drain them on a kitchen tissue.

7. Serve hot crispy chicken pakora with sauce or chatni.
