Serves:3 Serving

Ingredients For Sabudana Vada:

1 cup sabudana
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
2 tablespoon lime juice(optional)
Chopped coriander leaves
4 small potatoes
Rock salt as required
1/3 cup peanut
Oil for frying
1-2 finely chopped green chilies

Step by step method of Sabudana Vada Recipe:

1. Pick 1 cup sabudana and soak the sabudana in water for about 2 hours or until sabudana become soft.

2. After that add 4 boiled mashed potatoes,coarsely roasted peanuts,rock salt,finely chopped ginger,chopped green chilies,coriander leaves, and lemon juice.

3. Mix well the entire mixture.

4. Now take some portion of the mixture in your hand and shape them into flat round vadas.Deep fry the sabudana vadas in hot oil.Until the vadas become golden fry them.Drain them on kitchen tissue to remove excess oil.
