Spicy Coconut Chutney Recipe:

Spicy Coconut Chutney is one of the simple recipes.Its test is different from all other coconut chutney because no tempering is done in the chutney.since this chutney is very spicy,it served with benna dosa very well.There is also used a pinch of cardamon in the chutney.You can also serve this spicy chutney with poha dosa,set dosa and uttapams.You can also try Hotel Style Coconut Chutney and Coconut Chutney.You can also try Hotel Style Coconut Chutney, Red Coconut Chutney and Coconut Curd Chutney.

Time For Preparation:15 Minutes
Serves:3 Serving

Ingredients For Spicy Coconut Chutney:

1/2 cup tightly packed smashed fresh coconut
5-6 roughly chopped green chilies
1-2 seeds of a green cardamon
3-4 tablespoon water(for grinding)
salt as required

Step by step method of Spicy Coconut Chutney : 

1.Take 1/2 cup tightly freshly smashed coconut in a small grinder jar.Add 5-6 roughly chopped green chilies and 1-2 seeds from a green cardamom pad.you can add all the seed from 1 small green cardamom,for a strong cardamom.

2. Now add salt to the above mixture as per taste.

3. Add 3-4 tbsp water.

4. Now grind this mixture to a smooth thickness.

5. Remove coconut chutney in bowl Serves with dosa or idli.
