Ingredients For Hotel Style Coconut Chutney:

1/2 cup smashed fresh coconut
1/4 cup roasted chana dal
1 chopped green chili
1/2-inch ginger
15-20 curry leaves
2 tablespoon oil
salt as required

Step by step method of Hotel Style Coconut Chutney Recipe : 

1.Take a pan adds 2 tablespoon oil and heat it,then add 15-20 curry leaves and fry them till the curry leaves become crispy.

2. Put all ingredients and crispy curry leaves and oil in a small grinder.

3. Now add some water and grind a smooth chutney.
